VanDyke and Scott saved us with the purchase of our dream home when USAA failed a 30+ year member due to their internal policies which they failed to disclose until a week before the closing.

We applied and were approved for a loan while or of state. We came to Florida and found a home and then went back to Missouri to load our home and head back. A lot of the required documentation was done safely online with electronic signatures. This allowed us to do what we needed. At one point I retired some guidance and both Aimee and Stephanie returned my email and called to assist me. Closing went flawlessly and it was a sale of a modular here in Florida as well as the purchase of our new home. Thank you so much.
