My visit to the Vidalia location put me in touch with Ashley Conner & then Scott Schniable. The outcome was better than I expected. The visit went smoothly. Questions that I had were answered to my satisfaction and I also got an immediate appointment for another procedure I had been long awaiting. I am more than satisfied with the care, concern, friendliness, & professionalism of this team. Kudos to Shonda for her awesome & effective check-in process.

Every visit with Scott is geared towards my condition. He is very caring and takes the time while in the room. He doesn’t make a patient feel rushed nor unimportant. He explains everything he says and always takes time to answer questions I may have. Never makes me feel as if I am wasting his time if I do have any questions. I have recommended him as well as the whole practice to everyone who I come across in need of help with their back.
Scott listened to my problems with my pain after my discectomy and fusion on my neck and explained why I have the pain and is a very patient and polite person with a cheerful uplifting personality when a lot of Drs seem worn out from hearing patients. I was glad to be able to see him!
