After initially seeing Dr. Joseph Hegarty the first few times I went to the Optim Pain Management Center (for chronic pain in my right shoulder due to total disintegration of my right rotator cuff), I opted to forgo complete shoulder replacement surgery due to my age and the lengthy recovery period of such surgery.
