I have rented many apartments, and the management company can make a big difference in how much you enjoy a home. Scout Properties has been one of the best property management firms I have rented from so far. Their online portal works well, they respond quickly to any request, and they treat tenants like valued customers. If I were to rent another apartment, I would seek out units managed by Scout Properties. Stephen and Kelly were both excellent.
I've rented with Scout for the past year and had a very positive experience, especially compared to my previous management companies and landlords. We had a serious flooding emergency that was caused by a neighbor, and Scout was quickly able to send an emergency representative to help manage the situation.
