RecommendedBeware, they will lie when it comes to getting your security deposit. They will try and charge you for things that are normal wear & tear. Some of the issues within the property went ignored for years.
They could be more responsive, return calls and emails. They can show professionalism and efficiency when tasked with property issues. They can hire companies that can perform quality work. The list goes on and on....my frustration is beyond beliefs as well as the tenants in the property that they manage, very disappointing.

Sorry you feel this way, but we feel that you need to speak with the Board of Directors (again) and understand the association's governing documents better. Our role is not to appease you regardless of the bylaws or Board decisions.
