I went in yesterday morning to have some repair work done on one filling as well as a new filling put in. I was dreading a long, painful procedure but it really wasn't too bad and Dr. Hatch did a great job as always.
I have been treated by various dentists for more than 30 years, yet this was the first time that someone actually explained what they were looking at on the x-rays and photo's of my mouth.
The service was great and always is. I was bothered, however, with the lack of transparency and lack of explanation on the billing. After leaving last time, I was under the impression that given my prepaid credits I did not owe anything. I then received an email a couple of weeks ago that indicated I owed a balance (??!?). I tried to clarify this during my last visit, and paid, only to see on my new statement that I had a new balance. Personally, I like to leave a place knowing I don't owe anything. It is always a pleasure to have an appointment at Scripps Rock Dental. All of the staff is very personable and friendly. Both the hygienist and Dr. Hatch were great.

Dr Paul and Enza were fabulous! I was pretty apprehensive about a big procedure, and they made it easy and comfortable!
Staff is really friendly, Dr. Hatch clearly explained the procedures to be performed and follow up appointments were promptly and timely set. I had procedures performed by both Dr. Gupta and Dr. Luczynski and I have been very pleased with both in terms of kindness, professionalism and results. Regular cleaning and preventive care appointment was very thorough and were able to address a few issues that I have been dragging along for quite sometime right away.
