Once again, despite my over-the-top anxiousness about "going to the dentist," I had an awesome experience! Customer Service is embedded in the walls of the Scripps Rock Dental office! Dr. Wiseman was fabulous...calm, reassuring & incredibly skilled...as was her assistant, Katelyn. (I apologize if both names are incorrectly spelled.)
After suffering from a severe toothache for about a day.. I couldn't handle it anymore on the second day. (Keep in mind that I informed them I had no insurance- and was in the middle of getting insurance together and it wouldn't be active for at least half a month) So I gave them a call and was greeted by a friendly voice, I told her I had no appointment and she told me that I could come on down today..
