The staff is always so kind and professional. I had a long 5 hours of work done today and they were so nice and helpful every second of the procedure. I had a cleaning after and I think Diana's hands (the hygienist) are made of butterflies because she is so gentle and precise with everything she did.
The staff is so nice, friendly, professional, happy, I don't even mind going to the dentist anymore. Diana is my dental hygienist and she is wonderful: very thorough but gentle and funny. Dr. Hatch is always upbeat and I like that he gives me options and sets priorities. Love my Team!
I LOVE EVERYONE ON STAFF! I got my first cavity that needed to be filled and I have never been so scared in my life. But everyone in the office was so sweet and compassionate and really talked me through the process. You can really tell that everyone on staff - from the receptionists to the assistants to the billing staff - has an awareness of the procedures and a genuine care for their patients. I love this place! The staff are friendly and the dental office is super clean. I highly recommend them. I have been here for cleanings and dental work and have received excellent dental care.
We love rock dental our whole family goes we've all been going for years and have wonderful teeth and great hygiene. They do make you floss your teeth one downfall! Just kidding
