Julia helped me find a camera that suit my needs. I like that SCW offers it for the same price as online retailers, but also offers support and is a local business. I ordered the EuphyCam 2, and I like that I can add more cameras if needed.

Installation was simple. Only issue was that the hard drive came slightly disconnected enroute and I had to manually open up the case to replug it.
