Ben was instrumental in guiding my purchase and giving me confidence that SCW really knows their products and their market. I had to make a swap of some cameras for a different model once I saw how they worked and Ben made that seamless. I did have to call tech support with an issue on a dead port on the NVR which turned out to be okay. Just a bit stuck and in need of firmware upgrade. Tech support logged in and fixed the problem in minutes. These folks know their stuff.
I would like to thank Ben for his help and answering my questions. The easiest installation I have ever done. Sinking the the camera's is very easy and quick, I like that you look at the placement of the camera before placing on the side of a building.
