"Tech support was excellent. Called after 6pm and they answered within 5 rings. Very happy."
"Great online service. I have not yet figured out the hookup but in exploring the menu and options it is four times the machine it is replacing. The previous machine was half the price of this one but 30% of this machine's capability and quality of construction. It looks great at this point and will know later if and when I get it on line."
"This is a great system at a very low cost. Learning to set-up the DVR takes a little understanding but once you have it set up, it never changes. If anything, I would like to see some quick and easy "Getting Started" instructions that highlight the most important set-up recording procedures because who likes to read instruction manuals anyway?
