"Every time I call someone picks up quickly and is knowledgeable and helpful. This is refreshing as I deal with inept and understaffed support teams on a daily basis. I received my first system and it is very high quality hardware and the software is well-designed and comprehensive. I received one defective camera and it was quickly RMAed and a new one was sent immediately to exchange. I was also set up for a commercial installer account with great discounts. "Ben was helpful, knowledgeable, answered all my questions When equipment arrived I was unable to immediately open and inspect it but when I did it appears to all be there with the exception of any documentation that might assist me with set up. That would have been helpful so that I did not have to call support to ask questions that probably would have been answered with proper documentation. I expect that when I call support later today that they will be just as helpful as Ben was when I placed the order."
