"Good information on the web site, good selection of components. I was wondering about some details I did not see, like how many hours of recording are supported per TB of disk. Great customer support. Hardware works exactly as advertised. The user manual needs some work. Not enough explanations of the configuration settings, but it was easy enough to call and ask."
