My visit was very nice. All the employees were friendly and shared facility information. My tour was led by [name removed] and [name removed]. Good information and answers to questions. I am still communicating with [name removed].
It's an absolutely beautiful facility and has spared no expense making sure its residents are happy! I was able to chat with a few of them during my tour and they appeared to really enjoy the place. Good food, lots of activities, nice rooms, and they really like the staff! I find the cost to be on-par with all of the amenities!
Beautiful facility. Kind and caring staff that was very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms and the amenities were gorgeous, well laid out in the space is Rob very welcoming. I would 100% recommend.
This place is warm and inviting. It had all the amenities for a wonderful life. It also has all of the medical and OT/PT support in one place.
[name removed]our guide was wonderful. She introduced us to some of the residents along the way and is a very happy and positive person. We enjoyed meeting some of the residents who made us feel right at home. The only question that gave us negative vibes was, How is the food? We are very food conscious. Currently there are many foods that are not good and healthy for anyone to eat. We would imagine that the right food would be on everyone’s diet! Friendly, exceptionally clean and modern design. Beautiful outdoor space. Safe and secure with amenities that more than meet the needs of their residence.

Everything from the staff, food, house and money was all top notch. Price for what you get is amazing. The staff that has been there for lunch, dinner and cleaning have been very nice and helpful so far. The cleaning lady that comes to the house is very accommodating with her scheduling.

The staff and the facilities were great! I am (was) looking for a place for my mother and this was the 2nd that we looked into. Arriving at Seagrass it is a very nice place from the outside. You are greeted immediately coming into the building by a friendly worker at the reception desk. The tour of inside and outside living facilities was great. Everything is excellent! The facility is gorgeous, the food has exceeded our expectations in both its variety and it's quality. I have personally eaten there with my mother and loved my meal. The staff is very professional and friendly. The residents are happy and charming. The attention to detail and quality of care makes us feel like we made the right choice for our mom.
