[name removed]our guide was wonderful. She introduced us to some of the residents along the way and is a very happy and positive person. We enjoyed meeting some of the residents who made us feel right at home. The only question that gave us negative vibes was, How is the food? We are very food conscious. Currently there are many foods that are not good and healthy for anyone to eat. We would imagine that the right food would be on everyone’s diet! Friendly, exceptionally clean and modern design. Beautiful outdoor space. Safe and secure with amenities that more than meet the needs of their residence.
Everything from the staff, food, house and money was all top notch. Price for what you get is amazing. The staff that has been there for lunch, dinner and cleaning have been very nice and helpful so far. The cleaning lady that comes to the house is very accommodating with her scheduling.
The staff and the facilities were great! I am (was) looking for a place for my mother and this was the 2nd that we looked into. Arriving at Seagrass it is a very nice place from the outside. You are greeted immediately coming into the building by a friendly worker at the reception desk. The tour of inside and outside living facilities was great. Everything is excellent! The facility is gorgeous, the food has exceeded our expectations in both its variety and it's quality. I have personally eaten there with my mother and loved my meal. The staff is very professional and friendly. The residents are happy and charming. The attention to detail and quality of care makes us feel like we made the right choice for our mom.

The facility is new, clean, well managed, and the food is outstanding. The staff are personable and caring. They engage with the residents to keep them informed and involved in activities. We highly recommend Seagrass Village and are so happy that we moved our mom here. My mom tells me every day about what she had for lunch and how much she enjoyed it. Overall, my experience has been positive. The primary staff is really friendly in getting you admitted but you don't hear much from them once you are admitted. The rest of the staff frequently interacts with the staff like the physical therapist and activity director. There has been problems with securing a chef, so the menu has suffered, but now they have a good chef and the food is good. The people in the community are friendly. The housekeeping crew is great and it is so helpful to have your apartment cleaned once a week.... read more
The management at Seagrass Village Daphne is outstanding. The maintenance department deserves a huge pat on the back, they are very responsive.
The assisted living section of Seagrass in Daphne was very good - the staff was very responsive, and the other residents were friendly - my mom seemed to adjust fairly quickly, and she was rather picky. On the other hand, Alabama has some very annoying rules about who can and can't be in assisted living. After a few months there, my mom was diagnosed with a minor swallowing issue, and was immediately given a 45 day eviction notice.
