I'll give it a 4 overall! It's very peaceful and the people- both residents and staff are great!
The apartment is 2bed 2 bath, wheelchair accessible. Perfect for mom. 3 meals a day. Breakfast is to order. Lunch is the big meal with a daily special or you can order from the menu. Dinner is small. Example: Half a sandwich and cup of soup. It all tastes fine to me. Biggest hit is happy hour everyday(except Sunday). Staff is friendly. Residents are great. Pets allowed. Only complaint is housekeeping. They have not had a regular staff in 2 months now. Not sure what the problem is but they need to figure that out because week... read more

The facility could be cleaner. Carpet in hallways is dirty. Rooms could use a good mopping from time to time. Porches are not cleaned. Entrances...not front have dirty look to doors. Very few activities. Not sure if there is a new activities director yet? Food is not as good in the last several months. Other Residents have mentioned this as well.
5 on all categories except if we asked out loved one about the activities she would maybe say a 3 or 5. Sometimes the activities were not up to par as the previous facility our loved one was in. No details but that is the only thin she ever mentioned. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.
The facility is very nice & the staff friendly. Miscommunication about my father’s prescriptions & physical therapy made his transition very difficult. It took over a week to resolve these issues which was very disconcerting for him moving from a hospital to assisted living. Although the facility was not directly at fault we felt they could have been more proactive in alerting us & helping us resolve the situation.
