I think it's a very nice place to live. The facilities are top notch. It's new, well decorated, bright, and cheery, The staff is friendly. The people are nice. It's a pet-friendly community. They have an adequate amount of activities. The food is average, but t I'm happy here.Â
The management is non existent the last few months. Terrible communication. Many residents are very upset. They just treated my family member like a number. Had a massive fall and broke his arm on a fall. Never once called to check on him to see if he was okay. Then argument over termination of his lease. Poor management and staff was more caring when cleaning out his apartment.Â
Seagrass Village Gulf Shores, is not as nice as presented. Management is seriously lacking in decision making, and consistently uses "well no one else has had that problem" HA, that's almost funny. The food is not chef inspired, and a lot of times is barely edible. Employees turnover is a serious issue as well as allowing certain residents do what they want to do, even though it's not fair to all residents. Just beware, it's not as nice as advertisedÂ
