This was our first experience using a local lender and it was great! Everyone was very attentive and kept us right on track. We appreciated everyone being available for all our questions and concerns.

Sean was not only helpful and knowledgeable, but he was able to break things down and explain them thoroughly and clearly so that I could understand every thing I was signing, what all the numbers meant, etc. He also helped me through an unusual tax that occurred at the end (something unique to Santa Cruz County) and was able to advocate for me so that did not have to pay this surprise tax. He is dependable and diligent.
