Trina and Sean were awesome. Always available to explain the process to us. At times, going line by line over documents.
I couldn't have asked for, or received, better service. As a first-time home buyer I had numerous questions and Sean went out of his way to explain things thoroughly. He was always patient and responsive, on top of things, and completed everything prior to deadlines. There were no surprises or hiccups with my loan. I am the only person I know - other than the friends who recommended Sean - that had such an easy closing. I would absolutely recommend him and wouldn't even think about using another loan officer/advisor.
