From the start, everything was simple, a quick initial meeting with a few important questions answered and a couple of documents provided. We locked the rate, a few more fairly simple questions answered, next thing we know, a call comes saying we are ready to wrap this up & we will be closing on Thursday, a few documents to review & sign (notary came by the house on a Saturday) and by Friday we were all closed up with a new loan more that a % pt better than when we initially came by to meet with Sean.
