The culture of mortgage lending was super foreign to me, as a first-time buyer, and I will admit I don't like the culture very much at all. That said, Sean was super communicative, responsive, patient, and kind when I was freaking out, had a million questions, needed concepts explained to me multiple times like a 3 year-old, and was, at one point, crying because I was so upended by this whole process of trying to get a house. I always felt like Sean was on our team and rooting for us.
