Always a pleasant experience I am a customer of the Hesperia store where Laurie manages. I always know I'm going to be pleasantly welcomed and am working with a very knowledgeable employee. I go to this store because of Laurie. I know that I am going to leave there with a smile on my face, everytime.
Earl has been patient and very helpful with my learning curve to cleaning and keeping up with the chemicals. I have bought two pools from Earl and Cedric and have been pleased with the quality of the pool, chemicals, and equipment. I have referred two coworkers to Cedric and Earl. My boss has purchased one and the other is waiting for kids to be of age. One is a couple of months old and the other is about a year old.
Easy, pleasant, always enjoyment, friendly. Earl and Sedrick always have all the answers and are always very friendly and helpful.

From the very beginning it's been an issue. First, we signed the contract on a Friday with a 3 day cancellation period. They cashed the check on the same day. disheartened customer My husband and I went to Secard to buy a new above ground pool. We saved & saved until we could afford the pool we dreamed of that was in our price range. We were so excited! We rented a truck, picked up the boxes, sun rains & bottom padding, came home, graded the place it will be going, added 2" of sand, put down a large tarp, 2 layers of what they call happy bottom. I purchased the top of the line cal spas swum spa 6 months ago and have not been able to use my spa for 3 months now. Secard has no idea what is wrong and is blaming me for all the grease in the spa. Great idea. I must be good since it is there without me being in it. I would not recommend them to my worse enemy
