Very amazing place! This is a very nice pool place, with honest people and good prices. I never feel pressured to buy any of the chemicals needed with them and have the liberty to buy them where I please. However I do buy everything with them :) The employees are very nice and I would recommend this to anyone with a pool!

Laurie at the Hesperia location is great! We purchased our islander pool in2010 and we love it! We always shop at the Hesperia store. Laurie is always very helpful and knows her stuff. We highly recomend Laurie and Secard Pools.

A GREAT EXPERIENCE The staff there is totally friendly and helped us every step of the way with our jacuzzi. They still help us when we go in and its been a year now. Highly recommend secard pools in san bernardino.

Love my pool!!! I have an islander pool with a salt water filtration system as well as a gas heater. In addition I also have a four person hot tub. In the year since I've had my islander pool I have been extremely satisfied and very well pleased with my pool. Best customer experience I have had! I will not say that this company is perfect, but Brian and Bobby are the two most customer-oriented people I have ever met. Being in Sales over 30 years, it is great to deal with people who believe service is everything, and will take care of every need as if it was their own. I would recommend this company to all my friends!!

Vince has been extremely helpful--checks the balance on a regular basis, and suggests solutions to problems without pushing it down my throat...He's a good guy, honest, and has a great deal of integrity.
