having had all my things of value stolen out my unit being told my presence scares other renters(( i am if color) rent increased in one year 3 times charged 877.21 for two months late then following month 1,000 . payment log alerted. manager (s) past and present have dune nothing but lie chat me and now stolen. these are not alleged in at the city himself as i have this review filing against this corrupt company. sending the ceo proof of altered payment log nothing was done. stressed and have been forced to sign exit papers... read more

If you want to waste 400$ a month then come here came here to pay my moms storage the moment I found out about their ridiculous pricing, robbery save your money go somewhere else

Nobody Available During Working Hours & Bad Policies Last weekend, my company asks me to visit a storage unit they have been renting for almost two years, maybe longer. Nobody's opened the unit in all that time. It's been so long that they don't even know if we have the right key. The key I have fails to open the lock on the unit, so I go ask the manager for help opening the garage. I have a unit there, my friend across my unit told me he found a rat in his. So I decided to go through some of my boxes, sure enough their were in my things. I didn't go through my whole storage because it was a lot for me. I put my claim in. Took them almost a year and they are offering me $ It's about right. But now they want me to sign and agree, which is saying that if there is more damage to more of my things I can not put another claim. I pay Insurance on my unit can they do that? All my belongings was covered in RAT dropping & pee! I even had 4 DEAD RATS in my unit!!!!! So discussing! The stuff here are rude & didn't do anything to resolve the issue! I had to basically throw all my belongings away because of contamination! Do not rent a storage unit here unless you like rat dropping & pee

I can't say enough how disgusting this facility is. If we didn't need a full crew with PPE to get our stuff out, we would have done it long ago. Unfortunately we can't afford the thousands of dollars it would take to hire a full crew to empty our unit yet so we are stuck between a rock and a hard place. If you don't want hantavirus, DO NOT store your things here! Our whole life's worth of belongings and heirlooms, ruined and with zero ZERO help from the facility management. They do not protect your belongings. They have a rodent problem and will only replace up to $500. I had damage to 3 mattresses totaling $3000. They will not replace or reimburse for damages caused by their rodents.

Prices seem out of control. Once you move stuff in they know they have you over a barrel and seem to stick it to us as often as possible. Think twice before choosing a storage facility. each time ownership changes the prices go up again and again. Half the size of a garage at the price of a small house.

I'm trying to find out why your company put a red lock on my storage unit I don't owe your company any money i just moved in recently in this month from my knowledge that's an illegal lockout and im thinking of taking legal actions against your company i would appreciate if someone from upper management can reach out to me and explain to me the reason no one reached out to me from the office and when I stopped by the office was closed that's totally crazy. I had my own lock on my unit so there's no reason
