Came in and the young lady allowed me to tour the spaces to find the perfect unit for me! She was a great help!

We have never rented a storage unit before and coming in as first time storage renters it was done so quick and easy thanks to Cherokee. She helped us out and answered all of our questions and even went out of her way to give us a tour to view our options. Just an overall great experience, we're glad to start renting with SecurCare.
Great place! Clean place to store your belongings you just don't have enough room for. Large elevators that make the second floor convenient, secure gate with your own access code, and great friendly staff. I've had units here for nearly a decade and have never had a rain leak, flooding, nor rodent issue.
Juls is a phenomenal customer service agent that has been a pillar in this community. She makes doing business at secur storage worth it not only for me but for all families to come. She makes you want to rent units, and she deserves a huge award
Was at this location for a few years and I never had an issue. Julie was always so great and would call me whenever I left my unit unlocked (yes I'm that person). Thank you Julie!
I've been at this location (Sierra Hwy. in Palmdale) for over 29 years, had many storages in other areas in the past. This location is beyond 5 stars, appreciate everything about the manager Julie, she was every bit of excellence, very helpful and kind. Julie truly is a Jewel.

It is not safe to get storage at this facility. If you want your valuables stolen then this is the place to go. They raise the monthly fees almost every year. When your unit has been broken into the quality of care and service is no where to be found. Not helpful at all. Could not get a new lock to until I could move my stuff out.

Had a very unfriendly conversation with staff in a already stressful situation. She didn't help at all and even added more to the situation. I don't really recommend this location.
