I rented my unit last fall. Haven't really needed to make trips to the unit until the last couple of months. The unit rented to me is upstair. EVERY SINGLE TIME I've had to take a trip to drop things off the elevator is out of order. So, although I am supposed to be able to access my unit to store or retrieve boxes from 6am - 10pm I am unable to if the office is closed and there is no one there to fix it.
