I've had my storage for almost two years here. The manager Guadalupe was very helpful and kind and still is. I recently had to downsize and she was very helpful.

This place is great compared to all in the city . This is the only place that had what I needed , great hours and Great customer service! Definitely recommend!

I've been storing stuff here for over two years. The place is clean as well as a storage place can be. The bathrooms are well in order and the office. I have never had a problem with our stuff there.

This review is late. It has been a few months. The review is for the customer service I experienced from the guy who worked there. I accidently broke my key off in my lock. The guy saved me some money off a locksmith by calling guy who worked at another SecurCare Self Storage. His coworker but the lock and saved me some money compared to the locksmith's quote. Sold me a new lock. Answered all my questions and made me feel cared about as a customer.

I visited secure care to get a storage unit for my dad and i and i was immediately greeted by a lady named Jodi. ... after just a few simple questions she knew exactly what we were looking for. She took me to the exact size that we needed the first time. She didnt try and give me more space then i needed like most storage facilities do. I definatly will be rereferring all of my friends that may need some extra space to her and her facility. Employees like her are one in a million

I don't normally post yelp reviews however, I was in search of a storage unit for my father. I heard about securcare from a friend and decided to stop in. I was blown away by the superior service I received from Jodi at the front desk. She was helpful with pricing, what size unit we would need, down to showing me the property. This is a clean and professional establishment I would be happy to rent from and recommend to my friends and family. Jodi deserves a thank you for being awesome!

Above and beyond on customer service. Jodi has helped me more and than I could have asked. If u want to have anything of yours easy to get to this is the place to go to.

This storage place is ridiculous. Customer service is horrible. Went to go put stuff in my storage and both keys were not working, which we haven't opened for almost a year so I believe the lock got rusted and wouldn't let our keys turn. One key even broke inside the lock. Tried to get in contact with someone to help us, which took forever. Then they proceeded to tell us it's $35 to open our storage? How does that even make sense? Beware!!! This place is rat infested, they urinated, and crapped on everything! Don't use this storage facility unless you have stuff you don't care about. FYI, the insurance they have you buy doesn't cover that kind of damage. When I was getting my stuff out, there were others that had the same complaint! I added a few pictures, could've added many more but had already thrown alot of it away before I thought to take pictures
