My unit became infested with mice/rats. When I went to clean it out after ten years I could not find a customer restroom to wash my hands. The insurance company thru them gave me a minimal amount for restitution. My boxes were chewed up and many items ruined. Their rates constantly went up like each year. This location is a terrible, 2650 Highland Ave, entry and exit gate broken, trash everywhere, two dumpsters overflowing with a stack of mattress outside along with some guy who looked like he lived there with all his items piled in the isle to drive through. The worst part is when I opened my unit two mice ran past me, not to mention the droppings everywhere. I took everything I had in the unit to the dump. If that's not enough they have the nerve to raise the rent. There is no way that site is being cleaned daily.

Place for homeless to store their crap. I recommend looking elsewhere. Half my stuff was damaged by rats. I'm moving what's left this week.

Been a customer a very long time, rent increases all the time. New customers pay less then valued long term customers. Lots of robberies and I mean lots !!! If I didn't have so much stuff I would be gone. Area manager is rude. Lots of .... let's just say NOT GOOD NEW RENTERS. "/tenants. They don't care about the paying long term customers.if I could give a zero , I would!!! Place has changed a lot. Oh the mice problems. Enough said !

The lack of professionalism, and customer care continues at this location. I am trying to leave, but with Covid, alot of storages are full or don't have the size I need.(Maybe people are downsizing IDK) SO HERE I AM IN BONDAGE AND MISERABLE! I work nights. I called, the satellite office says they just stepped out for lunch 10 mins ago. I will email them and when they check back in, they will see the message immediately. I have broken my sleep for now 3 hours waiting for a call back.

The worse storage..I had to throw away some of my stuff cause mice bit into my things, I had been with this storage two years and they have no respect for you or your things. To top it off the freight elevator was not working and they didn't seem to care, my brother and I had to move my boxes down two flights of stairs from the second floor. they really need someone that is on call. Wow... I was really shocked today of this SecurCare Storage. I was walking to the Office, & I see the Door little open. I say... Hello The Guy inside office says... We're Closed, We're Closed, Were Closed, 3 times... He did not give a crap. He has No (Customer Service) for People... Freight Elevator was down... & we couldn't bring the big stuff with us. I helped out my Sister move her stuff to her Appartment to Cerritos... Reading the Yelp comments about this place... Wow This place really SUCKS...

RAT INFESTED and the management wont to anything about it. I had my 1 year old couch eaten by rats, the employee took responsibility and stated that insurance would cover it, and if not, then they would. He also informed me that I may leave my couches there and they would remove it. I received a call the next day by the manager and he started by yelling at me. You might as well throw all your items in the trash if you are thinking of putting them in this unit. It's the same as leaving it outside. Went to pickup my items and every single thing was covered in Rat Pee and poop. That's not even the worst of it. I went to pull out my dresser drawer and multiple rats came running out. The worst part is the manager won't even give my my money back and is extremely rude. Now I have to rebuy all items. So once again, I cannot emphasize this enough!
