You might as well throw all your items in the trash if you are thinking of putting them in this unit. It's the same as leaving it outside. Went to pickup my items and every single thing was covered in Rat Pee and poop. That's not even the worst of it. I went to pull out my dresser drawer and multiple rats came running out. The worst part is the manager won't even give my my money back and is extremely rude. Now I have to rebuy all items. So once again, I cannot emphasize this enough! Do not use this place. Was overcharged and it's been over two months with no refund. The manager Yesenia is no help and neither is the call center who never knows anything. Everyone claims its another department that handles it. First it was 3 weeks, then 6 weeks. Its been well over that. Do not use this place, poor management and poor communication.
