Very nice employee helped in showing us all the units in the pouring rain! And gave us a New Years special deal thanks ! Also a very clean facility units were all clean inside and swept!

Once they get your signature and you're moved in the next month they will start increasing your rent every month. They know you're not going to move all that stuff again, so they don't stop the increasing of the rent. In my opinion I WOULD ASK FOR A SET PRICE for how long you plan on keeping the storage unit or a written agreement on maximum increase. DONT TRUST THE VERBAL, GET IT IN WRITING!!!! They try and bring you in with a cheap price and will raise it 40% after 5 months. They don't care current tenants. I would look elsewhere

I rented a 10x15 unit and was only paying $67.00 per month Was not even there for 3 months and they raised my rent to $90.00 per month. Then I went into the office and tried to get a smaller unit, was told they did not have any. But if you look there are quite a few units with no locks on them....HMMMM. I do not need a 10x15 right now I think I only need a 5x10. But what can ya do?

SEVERE RAT PROBLEM!!! This place deserves a minus Star Rating!!! But I think I had to give 1 star to post this review. I just moved out this weekend, I've tried to communicate with both the store managers, no response. I've called corporate 3 times with case numbers and no reply!! Finally I called to cancel Saturday. I went to get my belongings that are mostly in plastic containers with no food, and had RAT POOP all over the floor, all over my containers, they lived in expensive woven baskets and destroyed my Expensive... read more

We have had a storage shed here for 2 years on auto pay. For some reason that they can't explain my auto pay was stopped. I wasn't aware and when finally notified i payed immediately. I called them multiple times and left messages with no return calls. I finally spoke to someone last week, she was very nice but couldn't give me any information about what happened. UPDATE Although someone finally called me to help with the log-in issues, I JUST RECEIVED NOTICE OF ANOTHER RATE INCREASE, (almost $20 more) which will begin October 1st!! Seriously, rate increases every 4-6 months?! They say the rate increases are to provide better customer service, but that never happens! I will soon be giving notice to vacate the unit, what an absolute time-consuming HASSLE it is dealing with this company. Had my unit for almost 2 years and they canceled my autopay for some reason. Didn't call us or email us so how were we supposed to know? After 14 days they can start getting rid of your stuff!! I just happened to try to enter my unit on day 14 and it said my account was suspended. I could have not known that all my stuff would be gone had I not needed something from my unit last night. Well, I "reserved" a unit on Monday for a Thursday move in. Well, I wasn't aware my reservation was "soft" so instead of letting me know, they just gave it to someone else. I ask them what does a "soft reservation" due for me? I guess it gets me on their email list. A email list that never let's their clients know when their unit is about to be given to someone else. Don't waste your time with these amateurs. If you need a unit you've "reserved" it just might still be available when you go to physically rent...but probably... read more
