The caretakers should be fired!! They are NEVER available. They hide when they see you so they don't have to help you. There is mail all over the floor and stickers on the door from FedEx trying to make a delivery. How do they keep their job. They live on the premises so they can see they have customers. I am filing a formal complaint with the franchise.
This place is horrible went to check it out Friday, due to thinking about a storage, person In the office not kind what so ever didn't seem to really care.... place needs to be picked up quick and when it does have someone that enjoys their work ...... stay away try a different storage storage quest is what we went with amazing .......

Lodi SecurCare Storage...Rat infested!!! this is one of the worst storages i have rented from. After 2 months, they raised the rent an additional $25 a month. They said to keep up the maintenance on the place they were needing to increase the rate. Along with raising the rent finding out that this storage is a RAT infested place. Awful!!! I had to put my own poison inside of my unit but they still came in and ate up a wires I had to my light and ate up my wooden coffee table and left rat crap and rat pee all over...just ve... read more
