I haven't met the on site manager yet, but Edmund of the call center team made sure that the rental process went smoothy- exactly as advertised. Once on site at the Caribou location, I needed assistance with my first gate access, and again, someone was on the line promptly to help.SecurCare is my new go-to for all our storage needs!
