Horrible experience. They charged my daughter before she moved in and didn't inform her of extra charges and made her purchase insurance. Then when I called I talked to "ira" who informed me they wouldn't pro rate but they were charging us 105$ when it was supposed to be only $67 a month. Did not offer the promotions and then said after moving in for only 4 days, we would need to pay another $79. I asked to speak to manager. The only thing easy was renting the unit and paying for it. However any time I need assistance now, I can't get anyone to answer the phone. When I leave a message it takes over 3 days for someone to call me back, once was when it was a security issue. Very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere!
