This is a clean, well managed and relatively inexpensive storage facility near San Bruno Mt. I have rented a space for almost 10 years. There were small rent increases in the first few years and no increases in the last several years. This building is well shielded from the weather, unlike my prior space that let moisture, dirt and dust in under the door. My space is easily accessed and well lit. I've been renting here for a couple of years now and I have no complaints. The place is safe and clean and the managers are nice. Prices aren't bad either. Every once in a while I call around to see if I can get a better deal, but all the places are pretty much the same. I will probably never move just because I don't worry about my stuff at this place with all their security.
Hands down the best storage I've used! How incredibly different from everybody else...nice people who actually care, super clean, super safe. A+++
They raise prices too much and too often and bombard you with emails and phone calls even when you paid the amount.
I assume that given all the other great reviews, that they are typically top notch. In my case, I contacted them several times by phone and by email and couldn't get through and then I didn't get a reply back. I left a phone message and email message that I needed the unit # to complete the payment. Then I got a late fee because there was no way to pay online without that info. Daniel Fries 11/13/14, I've been a client at security storage for over a year now. Recently my sister informed me she was moving to Las Vegas and was emptying her storage unit at another facility. She asked me if I wanted to take it over, as it is larger for the same price. So I went to take a look. WHAT A DUMP!!! I won't name any names, but the place was filthy. The unit had rotting wood and a shabby bolt lock. I said no thank you instantly. I'm so thankful for the Clean unit I have at security.
