Easy access, clean, very organized, and secure facility. Plenty of dollies to move content. I have rented a space for several years and continue to appreciate their space and their welcoming attitude. Great customer service.
I just moved storage items into the facility early in February, so this is a short-term review. The staff (over phone and in-person) have generally been helpful and responsive, and appreciate the extended hours to access the unit (as well as availability of free carts to help move items to the unit). Recommend!
The management at Public Security Storage have been amazing. Their customer service is stellar. The facility is clean, easy to access, well lit, and temperature controlled. They have made my move so easy and stress free. I also love that they have multiple hand carts and huge elevators for easy access. Hands down the best storage experience I’ve ever had. Clean and safe storage place
I can't believe I love my storage place! Actually for my daughter's belongings that I had to store when she was sent abroad. I was initially concerned as she has clothing and other items that need to be temperature controlled and kept in a clean environment. The process was seamless and Gabby, the manager, was so accommodating. Every time I go to drop off items it is a pleasure--clean, quiet, trolleys readily available and parking right at the door.
