Dana, is very professional, understanding, and knowledgeable on the rental prices and discounts. When I moved from a larger stores to a smaller storage she made it very easy. She provided a discount for the first 6 months and one changing to a smaller unit I got another discount for 6 months. I definitely recommend Dana and Security public storage.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and they always answered my questions promptly. The unit is spacious and it fits all my belongings perfectly. The price is reasonable. I rarely come to my unit due to being out of state but I find it reassuring knowing the staff have been the same few gals since I started renting. It shows they are professional and can keep a job long term. It shows the company must be providing decent insurance and benefits to keep staff for long term.
