Great customer service and extremely affordable. The staff is super friendly and courteous which makes me feel comfortable about storing my belongings there. Easy to get too since Muni stops at the corner of Page and Franklin.
There are a ton of storage places in San Francisco that I've used over the years, but Security Public Storage is the best I've come across. They have the best rates, and their service is impeccable. I had a problem with the lock that I bought at a Walgreens, and they personally came up to my unit, and cut the lock for me. (Of course, they checked my ID and everything first to make sure that I was indeed the owner). I've stored a lot over the years, and am pleased at the customer service and feeling that they really care about me, not just my money at Security Public Storage. They almost always remember my name (problems with that on the weekends), but always friendly and happy to see me and answer any questions I may have. Thanks, guys!
Great location, fair pricing - no "hidden" charges like some places. Clean building. Huge variety of spaces to chose from, and they sell boxes, locks and moving supplies! Friendly, helpful staff.
