This is a review of the SPS site in Herndon VA. The facility is clean and safe, well lit, and very close to the local police station. The staff at the store is wonderful and I can't say enough about how willing they are to explain things and work with you. I've used other places locally and they don't hold a candle to SPS.
Richmond location is the best storage facility I've been to the Managers are awesome very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and well maintained.
I have been storing things here for about two years now and it has been absolutely wonderful! The staff is more than helpful. They are there when you need them. The storage facility is completely reliable. I basically forget I have things stored for 6 months at time (until I need something) and then I go in and check on my stuff and there are no issues. You can't put a price on a piece of mind. I highly recommend this storage facility over any other!
I use Security Public Storage at this location because it is convenient, easy to get to and well managed. I have never had a problem gaining access or losing property.
My wife and I looked around at 6 local places. We liked this one in Pinole the best. It was clean, good prices, excellent security(the best we have seen) friendly managers AND we got a great price because we prepaid for one year. Happy we found all the other reviews and we are glad we found a safe place for our things.
Security PS is in the second cluster of storage unit locations in Santa Rosa. Don't store anywhere on Santa Rosa Ave-Roseland even though the prices are slightly lower. Those units are easy to break into and I personally know people who have had things stolen from their units. So if you're going to go with a nicer and more secure storage service, you're smart to look at the hopper locations. We have been very pleased with our storage unit at Security Public Storage on Page St in SF. The place is very clean. The folks behind the counter are nice and we have not had any problems. We've been there for almost a year. Highly recommended.
Just wanted to say that Security Public Storage is GREAT! With all the rain the passed couple of months I sleep just fine knowing my belongings aren't dripping wet because the metal roof leaks.. Oh Wait, that was the other place down the street.. ;-) At SPS there are no metal roofs to leak and damage your goods.. Thanks again Lisa and Norman for a job well done. John :-)
I truely like the personel at San Pablo Security Public Storage for many reasons if you become late they always try to remind you that your payment is due and needs to be paid. They always have clean property and pleasant personel to assist with any problem or questions that might come up. They have clean storage units and wide assortment of units for one to choose from.
