This is a really clean, safe and well maintained storage facility with onsite resident managers that keep everything running smoothly. We have used it for many years and would recommend it to anyone. Your items will be safe and insect free here!

The facility is very convenient, clean and friendly staff
The facilities at this storage facility are clean, well-kept and very secure. However, I have not been very impressed with the customer service they provide. I have never felt valued as a long-time (10 years +) with 2 different units I pay for faithfully every month. I feel as though I'm just another "ching ching" account for them to get their money from me. No respect or courtesy. This is my only complaint.
I’ve had a storage unit here since 1992. It’s always clean and tidy and the managers are very helpful. I recommend this facility for anyone that has a need for storage. They lost a star. They recently replaced the doors to the storage units. I went in to my space to get luggage for a trip. I found that the workers had thrown them all in the back of my pile. I went to the office to complain and I asked to get a credit on my account for my troubles. The ladies in the office just laughed at me. Not cool.
