I currently rent 2 spaces at San Pablo. One right next to the other. When I came to get into the spaces about a week ago, I found workmen had put down a primer coat on the floor surrounding the entryway to my spaces. I immediately talked to Todd. He said if I needed to get into either of the spaces, I could do so but the work crew would be coming back later that morning to put on the final coating. Christina Martinez & Todd Haskin have always been polite, professional and fun to work with. For example, when I recently mentioned to Todd that my storage door & locking hardware were giving me problems. The very next day I came in to get into my storage space and the door no longer dragged and an entire new, much more effective locking hardware had been installed.
