One of the reasons that I continue to be a satisfied customer of Security Public Storage's San Pablo site is that the management team has always been very receptive to getting various components of my space fixed quickly and correctly. They also are very helpful and pleasant to deal with when I go into the office to pay my bill, etc.
Ive had a couple of units here for some time now and I feel that my stuff is in a safe and clean place. I would refer this storage facility to anyone.
I have been a tenant here since 2001 and the management keeps up the facility very well. They just repaired the floor in my hallway and it not only looks great but you can feel the floor is much stronger. They keep the place clean and maintained.They even added ramps on my floor which makes getting to the elevator so much better. K.B.

I think this place is great. Todd and Christina, the managers, are so nice and friendly. They've always been very professional and very helpful. I feel this place is safe and I don't have to worry about my belongings.
On Friday,02/17/12, I was really pressed for time: I had to see multiple clients in the South Bay when all of a sudden I remembered my space rent was due so even though I could not come in in-person to pay, the staff at Security Public Storage, San Pablo, took my credit card data over the phone. This combination of great, friendly and convenient service is why I like, and really appreciate working with Todd and Christina and the entire staff.
I am very pleased with the professional and courteous service provided by the on-site staff. The storage units are spacious and clean and security provided allows for peace of mind when storing valuables, furniture, etc.
