Great storage, clean and safe to keep your stuff
The storage is in a great location, and I have never had any issues.

I think Nick is the strength to this storage location west ridge rd, He is always there to assist you as well as to answer ur questions he gives it it all for all who enters is safe, I have been here for quite some time, I tell everyone who is asking about a storage unit to come right here,
Only rented a unit for 1 month but the overall process was very simple to get set up, customer service was extremely helpful and friendly. The building, and storage units were very clean, the lighting inside was bright, the drive-in option makes things very easy no matter where your unit is located inside the place, you're almost able pull up to load and unload within a few feet. They also have rolling flat carts available in every section if needed. I Highly recommend this company.

Nate was great to work with at Self Storage Depot. They were able to receive a very large international pallet and store it for my business. Every question was answered 100% and promptly. The climate controlled drive-thru storage functionality is a major benefit of the service, when needing access in a western NY winter.
