Great service, easy process
The unit was great. But trying to pay online was a hassle. Then when I left I was told I needed to give 5 days notice. I didn't know when I would be removing everything to give that notice. I don't see that. I haven't heard anything about being out of the unit and not being charged for the month
Nick was helpful, but the young lady who substituted for him while he was not there was not very helpful initially.
It started off great and they have a lot of amenities with easy access but there were rodent droppings in all my stuff even though they had traps set. I was asked to move out because I slept in my unit a few times with one week still remaining no refund was given for the time I still had left. They were careless. Also I paid insurance on my unit but wasn’t able to use it. I paid a good amount every month and I never got the 50% off deal.
Brand new facility is absolutely covered in mouse and rat feces. I did not get coverage for my items because it was a brand new facility completely indoors and temperature controlled. I paid extra to use this facility for the fact that it was safe and clean. Seems like they filled the units and stopped caring about the conditions or that peoples lives are stored there. Completely disappointed. I even talked family members into using this place I now regret that decision.
