Always as pleasant as a repair shop experience can be. Service personnel are prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and ready when you first pull up. Walk-ins are handled well, but customers with appointments get it all, starting with their 'reservation' being displayed (along with all the others) on a large digital screen right there in the drive-thru'. Scheduled my appointment and was taken in on time. They have an app that will text you the progress on your vehicle which is extremely convenient.Tire rotation and oil change as part of your 2 year free maintenance program is a valuable perk in this day and age.Given access to a complimentary car wash was the cherry on top. Fast and free, outstanding!!

Great , had to wait for two hours on a oil change , tire rotation, but it was entertaining watching the sale sharks trying to sell cars.

Charles was my service advisor and he greeted me as soon as I was in the line. Took me inside to his desk explained everything that was going to be done and the price. I stayed while they were working on my car. Charles called when my car was ready and showed me the car inside and out. It look like it was brand new. Charles and his team did a marvelous job with detailing my car. Charles is a true professional and the department are excellent. I highly recommend that you go to Seminole Toyota!
