The only thing was that I chose the service I wanted when I set up the appointment and Im not sure if thats what I received when I got there. It was 40k service but it wasnt referenced when I got there. I reviewed my itemization and I think I had everything covered , Im not sure. But I didnt ask either ..

I had an appointment but was checked in about 30 minutes later than my time and later than the other vehicles behind me. I also had a multi-point inspection but my air filter was dirty and was not changed. There was also an additional service needed that I later found a notification for in my junk mail but this was not mentioned to me by my advisor while I was waiting. They did give me a $20 discount which was much appreciated, but I expected better as this was the actual dealership. I feel that because I have an older car, ... read more

Good service. One issue noted alignment was done. Tire pressure sensor light was on prior to alignment but was never addressed..
