Initially we arrived and the service advisor seemed to be distracted. We received the service where the tires were rotated for free as per the dealer agreement (we purchased the tires at this dealer). The process at this dealer is always at least 1.5 hour or more. Subsequently a few days later, the car had a shimmy. The car was brought in for checking and tire balancing.
