Well, it was okay after waiting for over 2hrs, at least they washed my car.

Everytime I come to the service department Glenn, is always there greeting customers with a smile and kind words. He makes the whole experince easy and wonderful. I was reccomended to see him when I first went in for service and ask for him since.
All good accept for Sales trying to get me to trade my vehicle.
It was a long wait, but I am glad that my vehicle was check out and the problem was found.
Glenn, my service advisor, is wonderful. He explains and is easy to talk with. Makes the experience very tolerable.
They have kept my 2006 car running. What more could one ask?
