The reason I go to Seminole Toyota is because I trust the service people since I bought my car 11 years ago there. I drive 17 miles each way for great service and great people who work there thank you.

Glenn has assisted me for many years with my current vehicle and prior vehicles with all services needed. He's a great guy and remembers everything about my vehicles. He really knows and understands what needs to be done, I trust him completely.

Had to wait a little bit after I got there. But this is probably because of poor signage. Perhaps you can clearly state "Please leave keys in the car and proceed to your service advisor's desk". I just waited next to the car and was later told I could just go to the office of the advisor I had the appointment with. Waiting area was a bit crammed Glenn is the best - I am coming to this dealership for all my service needs for as long as he is here.
