Great experience Very happy to work with Kyle Chen. He was the first one to reply back to me via text which is my preference. I was open and gave him my target dollar figure and he made it work for us. In a million years I wouldn’t have thought I’d buy the same day BUT it’s a Toyota so I have faith that it’ll be great for me for the next 10 uears. PS this is the 4th Toyota we’ve bought from this dealership.

Awesome Experience Found a 2015 Lexus on the internet. Christian called and walked me through everything. Price was agreed upon before we hung up. Upon arrival to David Maus Toyota, I was greeted by many staff members who paged Christian. I was out within 90 minutes with the freshly detailed vehicles and a 10 minutes education on how the vehicle computer worked Great Thanks for a job well done!!!!

Awesome customer service Mahmood held the car for me all day and was there to greet me in the evening when I was able to get to the dealership, He worked with me so I could stay within my monthly budget and made my experience very pleasant. I brought my Tacoma tonight and would highly recommend Mahmood to anyone looking for excellet customer service.

Respectful, resourceful, comfortable. When I first showed up here, my mind was made up on what I would not accept, but still undecided on exactly what I would accept. Amazing customer service! The customer service was incredible. Mamood was very helpful, he was thorough explaining the options available, friendly and attentive to my shopping needs. I am very happy with the service rendered and would definitely recommend Mamood and the finance department to others. Above and beyond! Salesman was very attentive to my needs and actually listened to me before acting like he knew what I wanted, like most other car sales people. He worked with me to find the best car for me and worked very hard to get us great financing. I really believe he went the extra mile with everything!
