Best customer service ever! I have always love Toyota, but I have to say this was the best experience in a Toyota dealership in my life. excellent in all areas of my visit My appointment was at 7:45, my order was taken at the exact time, everyone was very friendly and understood my needs. While waiting i met a sales person (JAMES BROWN) who took the time to show me all of the new cars and their upgrades. He was very easy to talk to, he also answered questions that i had about my 2012 camry. I will certainly buy my next car from this dealer and ask for this sales person.

Honesty and no nonsense for the customer I was in the new car market for about one month and did extensive on line research including "Build & Buy Service" from Consumers Reports as well as making in person sales visits to various dealers. seven years of great service Bought my car there in 2008 and have been taking it to them for service ever since. Sales experience was good and our sales guy was straight to the point. I will say, with any big purchase, do your research before you walk in the door, know what you want and what you want to pay. They are exceptional and truly understand customer service.
