After a rough start...NOT THE DEALERSHIP'S FAULT...the outer case didn't fit on my passenger side rear view mirror. Carmela (or is it Carmalita) in parts and Logan in service got the whole mirror in for me. The young lady (maybe Monica) in scheduling got me an appointment quickly so I could get the repair just days before leaving for a two week road trip!
Good service performed promptly.
